Meet the team
I have almost 10 years of experience in the sport, health and fitness industry with numerous qualifications to back that up. My C.V. includes working with numerous professional sporting teams including Salford Red Devils (Strength and Conditioner), Lancashire County Cricket Club and Manchester City Football Club (Sports Science Testing), England Lacrosse (Consultant), England Fell Runners (Biomechanical Assessment), Sale Sharks Rugby Union (Shoulder Isokinetic Screening).
I first met Chris when I was playing professional Rugby League for the then, Salford City Reds. I was immediatley impressed by his knowledge and enthusiasm for Sports Science. After making some great gains under his guidance I have continued my relationship with him. He has always been available for advice or to take me through workouts. Personal training was not something that I thought I’d ever enjoy, but after signing up for sessions with CB Conditioning to get prepared for the swimwear section of a national beauty pageant, I found that I was motivated and never felt silly or tormented.
